대상지는 주거지역에 위치하며, 충렬사 등 오래된 도시의 흔적이 남아있는 곳이다.도시에 남겨진 대지는 도로와 인접대지로 연결되어있다. 작은 대지에 법이 만들어낸 최대용적률로 공간을 만들어내는 작업이다.단순한 건축물이지만 도시의 풍경에 어떠한 모습으로 기여할 수 있을 것인가?

선과 면, 그리고 공간구성

단독주택거주지에서 건축물은 도로에 접한 선과 주거지로 향한 면의 건축언어로 구성된다.주변 건축물에 대한 사생활침해, 일조권, 사용자 동선을 고려하여 만들어진 기본계획은 면과 선의 공간과 형태로 나타난다.10x13m의 면의 형태 다양한 도시 풍경에서 일상적인 단조로움을 만들고자 했고, 수직동선을 활용한 공간이 연계되도록 했다.

단면화 건축

공간을 전면에 배치하고 형태를 만들어내는 것이 아닌, 사람의 움직임에 따른 형태를 표현하여 건물의 주도적인 단면을 만들었다. 건축법이
만들어내는 형태 작업은 때론 평범하고 일반적이다. 사용자에 따른 최대의 공간을 구상하면서도 사용자의 발전과 다양성을 담는 건축물을
만들고 싶었기에 사람들의 움직임을 단면으로 나타냈다. 법의 형태가 만들어낸 단면의 건축은 익숙함에 대한 다른 고민이다.

The site is located in a residential area, where traces of the old city such as Chungnyeolsa Temple remain. The land left in the city is connected to the road and adjacent land. The project is to create space on a small site with the maximum floor area ratio created by the law. It is a simple building, but how will it contribute to the urban landscape?

Lines, planes, and spatial composition

In a detached-housing residence, the building is composed of the architectural language of the line facing the road and the side facing the residential area. The master plan, made in consideration of privacy, the right to sunlight, and the user's movement, appears in the space and form of planes and lines. With a 10x13m surface, we tried to create a monotony of everyday life in various urban landscapes, and the space was connected with lines that revealed vertical movement.

Sectional architecture

Rather than arranging the space at the front and creating a form, we created a leading section of the building by expressing the shape according to the movement of people. Form work to create architectural laws is sometimes mundane and general. While envisioning the maximum space for each user, we wanted to create a building that embraces the user's development and diversity, hence the movement of people was shown in the front. The sectional architecture created by the circulation lines and the form of law is another concern about familiarity.
